If I could give 0 stars I would. We had a scheduled appointment for my daughter and when we arrived early for her appointment the doors were closed, and no note was on the door. The next day, after leaving several voicemail's, I called to find out what happened. I was told that they updated the system and no longer had my phone number to call me to let me know that the doctor had to leave for the day. When I initially made the appointment I gave a phone number that I could be reached at.
When I called I got the pleasure of speaking with a Christine who was not only rude, but did not have an explanation as to why the phone number I left while making the appointment was not written down. Nor did she have any apology for our inconvenience. It is my true hope that as a manager, which Christine stated she was, she will be putting in measures to prevent this from happening to any other families in the future! My husband and myself BOTH took off work for this appointment and are appalled by the lack of professionalism/organizational skills this facility lacks. Needless to say I don't think that I would recommend this facility to anyone for any reason!
Although I have never seen the Dr- I have seen the NPs- the front office staff is horrible. For over a month now I have had an outstanding bill due to them not filing with my insurance- even though they have my insurance on file and I paid my copay at the time of my appointment. I have left several messages never to get a call back. I have gotten a hold of someone there twice to which I am told they will look into it and call me back- but again, they never do. If I could leave 0 starts I would, but that's not an option.
Horrible attitudes, never open when you need them and only half the time when they are supposed to be..... Stand at the window for 30 minutes while everyone ignores you. If my insurance didn't require me to stay in the same county I'd never go to that office!!!!!
Dr. Beguelin has been in practice for over 40 years. I believe his experience far out ways other physicians in the area. He is very knowledgeable and will take the time to treat your problems
